At Shanaka Travels & Tours, we hold the privacy and discretion of our international guests and resident delegates in the highest regard. This charter sets forth our protocols for the collection, stewardship, and safeguarding of your voyage details.

When commissioning a tailor-made itinerary, we gather only details necessary to author and execute your voyage: full names, contact preferences, passport documentation required by the Department of Immigration & Emigration Sri Lanka, flight schedules, and personal dining or dietary requests.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Your identity, hotel sanctuaries, flight manifests, and private itineraries are never sold, rented, or distributed to third-party marketers. Information is disclosed solely to verified suppliers (e.g. boutique estates, luxury chauffeur guides, helicopter charter operators) directly involved in executing your itinerary.

3. Data Security & Retention

All electronic communications with our Cinnamon Gardens atelier are encrypted. Guest records are secured with strict administrative controls and retained only as required by Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) guidelines.
